Before canceling, be sure that you have a complete backup of your data. Hosting accounts are deleted from the server immediately up on receipt of a valid cancellation request and no backups will be retained on our servers.

The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to domain registrations, domain transfers, reseller accounts, dedicated servers, overage fees, add-ons options or any fees associated with these types accounts. The 30 day money back guarantee does not apply to account renewals.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by Capital Webhost dot Net for violating our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.

Please allow 2-4 weeks for refunds of check or money order payments. Credit card and Paypal payments will be refunded within 72 hours.
